So - is there any way to find out about the quests i missed OR the quests I already done? Usually i’m trying to do everything on the map - but there can be some things (like maps hidden quests) i forgot about/missed - so some info in the journal about “compleated quests on the given map” OR % of quests done in the map would be awsome.
do you use add ons?

I have same problem with you. Some hidden quest u need to clear some quest b4 hand some like +1dex at crystal mine lot 1f.
But, without confirm from imc that u can use add-on freely on ur will. I won’t using it. Bcoz it’s in a path of completionist like me. You have to complete everything without cheat. (Grey zone is unacceptable too)
But wikia is acceptable? Its basically the same thing - and did you found this quest for dex on your own or with wikias help?
wikia is not officially sir. there r some respond from imc about add-on question here at forum. u can search and found out their answer by urself. it’s official.
about quest info. tosbase is ur best friend. 
As I heard devs condemn some addons, while some didn’t - I’m guessing thats allowed then - at least till the game will be in more advanced form than it is now.
improve ur logic sir. they said some can while almost can’t. how can u assume to ur conclusion like that.
anyway, if someone try to complete everything with any possible way include some tools to improve his play inside grey zone rule. thou art no completionist.
