Question about Pyromancer Special Costume

When I watch videos about this costume I can see a flame on the avatar’s hands.

But when I’m using that thing, my avatar is just posing but there are no flames at all.

Is there any configuration in the graphics that prevents me from see that or that effect was removed from the game?

Try in ‘Performance’ to ‘Disable’ or ‘auto setup’ … ‘Low mode’ makes the fire disappear
