Hi I need your help. My token is expired and I’m purchasing the new one. When I purchasing the new Token, the system said "You may purchase the next Token in 11/30/16 03:00:57 and the date that I purchase is 1/1/17. What should I do?

Sorry about any confusion. There is a limit to how many Tokens a newly created character (time of creation & level) can purchase per day. However, we are looking into what may be causing this limitation to occur to older characters.
@STAFF_Ethan n u send me link about limiting i dont understand now i still cant … My cha lv is 72 (new id) but i once buy token about a month ago. But i didnt play for a month too. So when or how i can buy it again…
New characters under level 150 will only be able to purchase 1 Token per day. However, there does seem to be an issue with the limitation system atm and we are looking into it. Sorry for the inconvenience. 
The year it is mentioning is 2016, while I’m trying to buy in the year 2017.
I think, there really is a BIG ISSUE here.
Plus, I’m only buying tokens per 30 days, not per day.
As I mentioned in my answer above, we do know that there is an issue with how the limitation system is working atm and are looking into it. Again, apologies for the inconvenience/confusion.
