I’m planning to invest on Heavy Gravity: Distort

I already have the Misrus staff … my question is what does it mean on heavy gravity: distort not affected?

( no misrus staff included ) If I placed (1) point on Raise and (15) points on Heavy gravity then with Distort arts, does it mean that if I raise 1 enemy then used heavy gravity only 1 of them will be affected?

The Arts creates a different version of Heavy Gravity that isn’t affected by the Misrus Staff. The level of Raise also has no effect on target count.

so its better to not use misrus then?

No, Misrus Staff would allow you to effectively have a 15 second Heavy Gravity when timed correctly.
