I’m planning to go for Oracle on my support cleric but I can’t seem to find any indepth information about Oracle’s buffs.
From which buff row does buff like Arcane Energy / Forecast / Prophecy belongs to?
And about Counter Spell, will it prevent more magic circles being cast in its AoE after being cast the first time?
