I dont know which one should i choose between the blue one sharp rapier and the purple one duelist. I know the orange one is the best, i just dont get any mithril ore. So any suggestions about these two?
Just get both, for real.
It’s hard but it is the best option, switch around according to what you need.

Well, obviously the Sharp Rapier as it’s far easier to make, the Duelist can easily be made in the time you get the items for the Venire.
Yeah, i know, but what if i can directly buy one of them form AH. i’m lazy to farm those things by myself, i have to farm mithril ores cause there are no ores in korean server’s AH 
I dont know how long it will take, so i need one to use when i’m lv170, and i’m already 160.

Well the thing is that none of them is explicitly better unlike the Venire which is still being the best Rapier even with the 스파다 (Espada?) which is a Lv220 weapon.
The Duelist would give you a better tanking game via higuer skill lievels and a great damage boost against a good number of elite mosters and every boss on top of even more evasion.
The Sharp Rapier offers a little less than double the attack and also gives crit rate, which you can raise even further with gems overall giving you a higuer damage output via critical hits.
