Wow, this is one we haven’t seen in a couple months…
There are no keys. iToS is currently not in beta, you can’t test it atm. You need to wait for IMC to announce that there is going to be a beta or official release.
On the positive side, if you DO actually pay attention and look for that announcement on the front page, you will probably get a key (assuming the next thing is a closed beta and not open/release).

You are a few months too late, next thing over here will most likely be in March-April and it’ll either be open beta if not traight up release.
So just hang in there, we got spanish speaking comunities if you feel like entering one so you can ask people up to date in the current state of KToS, personally I’m very accesible in my Guild’s Discord.
As of now the “international open beta test” is not yet ready for release But i think its pretty soon…’ As for “Korean Obt” i think you need to have korean number for the account ? i’m not so sure
