Question about "First-Time Player Event: Recruiting New Saviors!"

Hi,
I wasent too sure where is the best place to post this, so I am asking this under general.
I just started playing yesterday for the first time and I was expecting to get the promised boxes in the inventory of my character. Unfortunately I didnt get those and not sure if I need to do something specific to get them?

I am level 26 now and really enjoying the game so far. Would appriciate if someone can point me in the right direction about obtaining those boxes.

Find NPC in town named ‘Leveling guide’.
If klaipeda, the npc is west of the goddess statue.

If orsha, NPC is on the very long stairs towards the northwest.
