Was wondering how long you could freeeeem someone before it puts it on CD? Is it just based off SP? Or can you only Death Ray someone for like 5seconds then it stops?

1 hit every 0.25s, duration = 1.5s + (0.5s per skill lvl).
Max 24 hits at skill lvl 10, duration of 6s at lvl 10.
