The mobs don’t drop me nothing of gear , nothing >:c , im lvl 62 and im using the same gear of lvl 20 , its me? , a bug? because i play alone? idk >_<
Maybe check tosbase.com and see if mob you kill have gear you looking for or not.
I have try to get some blue staff and kill over 800+ mob. Not drop yet. 
Crafting the lvl 40 Set of gear from npc recipe would probably be able to help you for a certain time … All the mats are in the AH for sell tough i must say these corpse hand are quite expensive lol otherwise take sometime to farm the mats
