I finally made my account cuz this got me curious, why I see people here talking abt highlander c3? I hvnt seen one in game yet, most doppels I see are hop3-dop1-dragoon and high1-barb3-doppel I never really see anyone playing HL3 builds…?
oky I asked my friend now, he said a lot of ppl hated hl because of skyliner nerf and he said it’s weak if cross cut fails

barb 3 is only good if u want to pvp
theres no discussion here, but a lot of ppl still go for barb 3 for some reason lol
my high 3 never lost dps rank to any barb 3, with same gear and level
@Capri just be aware, if u want to be good with swordie u will need A LOT of time and silver.
Swordsman is probably the hardest and most expensive class to play in this game and u will only be strong on high levels with some stuff like 2 sissels, max petamion and a GOOD weapon. buuuuuuut if u have that and level ur atributes u will wreck stuff =)
i quit my swordie for now, cus i don’t have time and patience to do all that, but if u do, go for it cus rank 8 will only make stuff better

Why go Sword2? What is it with Sword2 that appeals you? just curious.
For me yes it is very big. You get 50% crit attack bonus for wearing 2h swords, probably the best strike skill in Cartar, magic debuff in Crown, and Crossguard for blocking while wearing 2h swords.
just need some clarification on highlander attribute for the Critical Attack…
so if my stat show Critical Attack 200, and for example,
if i critical 1000dmg(break down is 800cri + 200criATK),
turning on the Critical Attack 50% attribute,
i will critical for 1100dmg(break down is 800cri + 200x1.5 criATK)
is this correct?
Correct. It’ll display the boosted stat in the stat window too to make things simple. So in your case you’ll see 300 crit attack.

yes it does. I’m having this fantasy of wearing 2 glad bands, but right now I have no way of compensating the loss of crit rate from sissel. if I could get atleast two level 8 green gems, then I’d probably go 2 gbs

for multi hits, imo yes it is worth it. specially when you are investing in attributes as it also factors in crit attack. well ideally, must have at least 80% crit rate (against highest crit res mobs) for it to pay off.
Crit Rate>Crit Attack>Phys Attack, that’s my order of investment. Reason why Phys Attack is at the last, well its because of Item Transcendence, if that system didn’t exist then I would’ve made it 2nd in my priority.
actually archers are worse off in the silver department 
you can do it. 2 x phadas. compensate it with green gems and ellaganos lel… (carry some monstrance scroll around)
nah I don’t like the EVA lost in Phada. I’m on the Team Dex for Doppel, so EVA is really important to me. I’ll lose about 10 patk and 4 crit damage from using Glad instead of Phada but I can live with that. 
until we get higher levels of Abrasive, I don’t have enough time to farm mats needed to make level 8. highest I have gotten was only level 7. but yeah I’m saving silvers to buy GB or BB (impossible to farm now lol, though I did get two of those for my sissel when channel count was more, thanks to DPE)

At the moment most easily access abrasive are level 2s. Level 3 being rng on evac… I guess so , well i certainly have at least 3 level 8 gems on my archer though…
Still in the process of making 3 for my swordie… (2 at level 6 , 1 at 7 after 3 weeks).
BB needs no lifer to compete with bots and understanding DPK. Which is meh… (since BB DPK stands at 300? or odd i don’t remember the last i stroll pass on a jackpot… after 120 galok kills)
i am still waiting for accessories update… There doesn’t seem to be any accessories and also rapier in the upcoming patches… but that is irrelevant to the topic now… woops…
Anyway OP i hope your questions have been answer on builds. Since the whole thread here gave alot of information regarding all variants of dopple builds and stats advantages for now and future.
how big does level 3 gives? maybe I should do that evac gimmick once I get my Doppel at max (probably would take a while since R8 is near), I’ll be needing at least 2 level 8 for those new 2h swords.
same here. waiting for new Rapier (this maybe the reason why I chose Doppel again over my Fencer, don’t wanna be stuck with Venier until Lolo/Solmiki 
) and accessories. I hope we get a better version of Sissel or even possibly a mix of GB and Sissel 
I believe the Lv3 abrasive is 40k xp into the gem. But its pretty hard to get from evac gimmick.

Yeah most days its either stam pills or lv 1 abrasive. Lv 2 if I get lucky lmao. Need to make lv 8 gems to put in to my Magi +15 still qq;
