So my question is rather simple, but I’m really not sure about it. Is the total damage of cyclone unchanged or is the damage PER SECOND uncanged with the current ktos patch? Read the patch notes here: http://pastebin.com/sHHbXqmJ
If the total damage is unchanged and the duration on higher levels is less, then that is not even a nerf, but a small buff as you get the same damage output in slightly less time (more hits/seconds), however if dps is unchanged… well… than it is a rather significant nerf (same hits/seconds & less seconds). Based on the doomsday vibe of the forums I’d say it’s a damage nerf, but I’m really not sure. Could someone clarify please?
