Hello, is it possible for 2 players with different Team Name to have the same Character Name?
Example: Player A’s character is named “Big Wang”, can player B name his character “Big Dong”?

In anycase, yes. Team name are unique. Characters names are not.

But Wang is a legit Chinese name, I see no problem here.
True, I’m not saying your name is inappropriate. Just warning you that it could be interpreted as such. That decision is IMC’s, not mine.
@Sylphid is there any reason why I can’t create [ Jr. ] as my first name? it always saying "you can not create this character. I tried without [.] it still saying I can not use it.
I believe it’s simply too short. I think the name has to have more than 3 characters, but I’m not 100% certain.
