Question about chaplain

i was planning to go cleric>p1>p2>p3>chap>c2>plague doctor

does spr chaplain still good nowadays?preferably with 100 con and rest spr
i want to deal some dmg and support party members in pve
i was wondering if i won’t be a burden when it comes to healing since i didn’t spend any stat points in int?
does spr is a good stat or not?
thanks for answering…

Cleric C2 will provide enough heals for you even in a SPR build.

SPR is a terrible stat, but for chaplain builds it’s actually decent because (and only because) of Stone Skin. Please don’t fall in the trap of not getting your Stone Skin maxed.

kToS got a patch where Blessing scales with SPR. That’ll make SPR chaplains slightly better for auto-attacks than INT ones (when that patch comes to iToS).

i see…cure and incenerate will only scale with int right?so if imma go int?i can only provide good damage and better heals?

will this be a good build for int con spr?or spr con?

I’m not 100% sure incinerate scales with INT (haven’t tested it). It’s a magical attack and it should, but I’m not entirely sure.

Cure surely scales with INT though, scales twice, too. Meaning 1 INT = 2 damage for Cure.

I recommend you focus on either SPR or INT. Don’t do something like half/half on both.

Your skill build looks okay, if you take INT, max Cure. If you take SPR, doesn’t matter if you take Deprotected Zone or Cure (because deprotected zone sucks imo, but ofc it’s better than INT-less Cure). If you go INT, I would take 5 points out of safety zone and max Cure.

If you take INT, don’t take Stone Skin, if you take SPR, max it. If you take INT, use those extra points into exorcise (or something else if you prefer).

I usually don’t even bother getting Monstrance lvl 1. But that’s up to you.
Capella will buff with monstrance regardless if you have it or not.

The rest looks okay. You just might want to rethink that lvl 2 incineration, though. It’s not worth it keeping it only at level 2. Either max or use those points on something else.
