When i get in this part the last key quest, npc just go away, gone, and there is no noc to do the last quezt in santuary, en español sera, cuando llego a este punto d la quest, el npc desaparece y ya n hay noc con cual hacer la quest
Its a phased part of the quest so try making sure u are not in combat before you get close to that back wall and it should put you in the cut scene i think.
OR check ur inventory and click a black book which will summon the ghost npc if its that part.
