Bug Description :
Following the Quest prompt and watched the cut scene. Was carrying out he mission objective, however failed due to NPC death. Cannot restart the quest, but remains on my map.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Complete The Incident That Happened Here (1)
- Follow Quest Prompt
- Watch Cutscene
- Fail mission by death
FIx the quest bug man, whole map quest wasted. And a lot of people had the same bug as well
