How do I complete this quest?

Put NPC at 9 oclock tower and the statue in the center looking to between 7 and 8 o clock
Can’t solve it too. any tips?
Solved it. Read the npc text, point to the correct color using king statue (mine was blue), then try all the 12 pillars. one of them shld complete the quest (i still cant figure out which of the 12 pillars exactly)
The king should be position facing the blue circle, while the npc is made to turn the statue based on the in game time currently. If it says 6pm in game for you turn the 6th statue. 7:45am, 7th statue the hour is all you need to care about.
There are 12 statues. Read it like you would a household clock, clockwise right to left.

the npc is the hour hand, the king is the minute hand, for 7:30 put the NPC on the 7th pillar and the king looking down

read the note on your quest tab in inventory.
you put the npc on the pillar based on what ingame hour it is. so 1.51pm means put her on pillar thats 1 (top 12 bottom 6 ) kinda like how part of miko quest works for 1 spirit.
then roll the king around through colors, if your color was red you gotta spin it fully around, as the default position isnt recognized.
