I got to the miners village but nothing happens.

You are probably experiencing the server lag that causes delayed responses from data such as quests and NPC interaction.
A possible solution is to change to a less populated channel.
I would like to believe that… but it has been like 6 hours…
ive been there for about 3 hours buddy, i feel ur pain
If you are using mouse controls switch to keyboard and interact with spacebar. It works
We basically just changed channels while just below the circle of where it starts the quest.
Worked that way so far with the 4-5 of us on multiple characters.
