Bug Description :
Following the Quest prompt and watched the cut scene. Was carrying out he mission objective, however failed due to NPC death. Cannot restart the quest, but remains on my map.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Complete The Incident That Happened Here (1)
  2. Follow Quest Prompt
  3. Watch Cutscene
  4. Fail mission by letting NPC die

Resolved:
It can be restarted in Quest UI under the Abandoned tab.

I have this exact problem, right now, on live. Any steps you took to resolve this?

nothing so far… I’ve done everything but reinstall.

wait wait, i got it. Check your abandoned quest log. I was able to press “restart” and try again.

That doesn’t solve the problem. I don’t see the quest in F5 and I can’t abandon… someone know the real way to fix this?
