Quest NPCs missing or not showing up

Bug Description :
I was just doing my quest as per normal clearing maps 1 by 1. All of a sudden when I reached Feretory Hills, quests NPCs started to go missing and I had to wait at the location for atleast 5mins or more. Not only 1 quest but every quest that has NPCs spawning after you clear a certain requirement.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Complete a quest requirement where the NPC will spawn after that

I have encounter this too, IMC possible to fix this fast? It is already annoying to party quest due to the party quest bug and this makes solo questing even more frustrating.

Also happened to me, in Sair Rainforest, while trying to engage in Goddess Lada’s quest line

I cant do any quest without this bug, every quest i do, i have to wait 1-5hours for the same shows on… I think its time to quit the game. I already sended a ticket with video and Print Screen but they do nothing.

Same problem in Demon Prison District 2 with Kupole Arune

I found this bug in various quests (Silute server).

What fixed this for me was walking away from the point where the NPC should be or teleport to a city and return to the NPC. Then NPC was visible again, allowing to progress.
