When I completed the last quest on Cobalt Forest Map I received two copies of the part 4 of the diary. Note that I didn’t received part 3. I also read both diaries and they have the same writing.

Wow it’s been so long that I don’t remember this topic. Thank you for clarifying about the third part, I don’t think I did this secret quest at all. Still, it’s kind weird that I got two instances of Part 4. Anyways, thanks for answering ~
