I have to attach a sap collector to the tree stump mods to collect sap but can’t figure out how this is done. Please help thank you.

have you tried interacting with the sap things? maybe it’s automatic. or there’s a pop up icon telling you to press the quest item button if you go near the sap? ‘w’
Just sneak on the Tree Stump mobs while they’re passive, a little window should pop up asking you to press “V”. If they become hostile, wait until they hit you to press V again. Wait while looking at the mob (the sap collector is a charging device) until the sap collector little icon above the mob says “10”. Kill the mob to collect 10 units. Repeat 5 times.
Sorry but no window pops up when i do that. Is the game or quest broken because this should be real simple and its not working.
If you use mouse, it’s possible that the mouse marker is broken for that quest like it is for half of the quests. Try to switch to keyboard to see if you get a “space” marker.
is it the quest in stele road ? something with the NPC at middle of the map ?
if that was the case, try to come close to those tree mobs and press V, it should works. if still not working try sendig a ticket
