can’t complete, it say to seal hauberk and after he dies nothing happen

You have to deal the finishing blow with a skill and not an auto-attack. If you do the latter he just dies.

im playing as chaplain and i dont have skills, now i got another class and can finish this quest, thank you.

I have encountered the same bug in October 2015 in the Korean version. I reported this, but apparently from reading this topic it wasn’t fixed.

I fixed it by defeating it slowly - I was killing it too fast.
This quest is still bugged. I’m a Chaplain and only managed to finish it because I had Cure lvl 1 to finish off the boss with.
I solved the bug by unequiping my weapon and kept on attacking the boss while his death animation plays, that kept him “dying” long enough to finish whatever checks server needed. Oh, I also was quarrel shooter C3 with 2 properties dmg that stun locked the boss with running shot.
I had the same bug and got stuck there for like 1-2 days and killed it like 10+ times.
I did what the guys told: kill it with a skill, and it worked.
But even so, i got stuck there for a while.

This bug is still not fixed. As a Chaplain, I killed him twice with auto attacks and the quest would not complete. After finding this post I killed him with Heal and the quest completed.

Just don’t kill Hauberk.
Let him with less than 1000 life.
