Yes, if you reached 232 though you will be fine, just grind in the Evacuation Zone until 250-252, then move onto Storage etc etc. The major milestones for you are 232 and 250, very easy to find grind parties once you reach those levels.

remember to save some cards for 248-252 is the last grind wall, i got stuck there having to lvl purelly from mercenary missions daily :S

Yes it does, but it scalates quickly to 11millions per lvl. Evac stop giving exp at 248 and you cant go storage till 252.

EXP reset is 236 if i am not wrong. After that is the hellish climb.
To be honest, once you hit 250ish forget about lvl and enjoy the game. Storage grind is sloooooowwwww but very. And if you think thats bad, Abyss, the next zone is even slower and whit less mob population .
I agree with Shadgan, I have two characters atm above 250 and all that’s left do is storage and maven abby grind, why bother really, eventually they will release new quests and content for all the 230+ maps we have atm and new ones, only reason to cap is to monopolize world bosses or farm earth tower, assuming you have a static group and don’t need anything past f7 b/c its broken, so take youre time, make some $, work on youre attributes etc.
