Just like how there is a abandon quest list, there should also be one for completed ones. That way you can tell if you possibly missed stuff.

adding a mark on the [world] maps where all the quests have been completed would be nice too
They really need a quest completion percentage similar to the exploration percentage on each map. There’s so many people who insist they did every single quest and turn out to have skipped a third of them.
