Same thing here, playing cleric. People are reporting the same issue on Reddit and in some twitch streams.

My friend is having the same problem as a Cleric, hope they fix it soon because the VIP is running…

It’s not game files issue, i tryed on another computer, where is another character sucsessfully made job advancement, but my character still have same C rank window, without options to select. It’s pretty major issue, please fix it.

Have a suggestion, those who got that bug, what access pack u have?
I have both 1st and 2nd acess packs, used only 1st one on the bugged character.
UPD: Suggestion was wrong, i made another character on the same account, and he have no such problem. Mysterious.
This is such a lame bug, also have the same thing on swordsman and I had redeemed the 50 dollar DLC pack on him, R.I.P. anyone that redeemed their items and got this bug I guess.
vip are located in one of char not to create another to Desbugar! that bag, IMC GAME as will solve this BUG! It’s impossible to do anything in the game … solution please have paid Founder 1! and already lost several hours because of this bug
Yeah same problem for me, only its my wiz class that cant advance…and she has the 1st access pack. This is silly, I hope they can fix this soon…
Cant get my archer 3 class change atm too.
Doesn’t register kills on glizardons and name/ hp and sp are zero xD… and blacked out.

Cyromancer Master first job change stuck. I have finish the quest. For the past 4hrs I try changing channels, relogging, return to NPC and walking in and out of the map. The NPC accepts the quest and I get the red angel wings with class change over head but my quest stays on list. I don’t get the outfit and new job skills. I even spam accept quest from NPC. I try leaving my character next to NPC or quest complete window open for 30mins then hitting complete.
So is this effecting only people with the 60 day token? or the 30 day token as well?
