Hello, i have a quest bug, at the quest “what’s need to be done(5)”, the quest just gone e i can do nothing.

Sorry, haha, I do not speak English very well, but the problem has already started in the quest “What needs be done (4)” map: Investigation room lvl 272, when I received this quest and it did not appear on the map and I could not do anything to Finish the quest and I could not leave it to pick it up again. I went to the map npc and suddenly the quest appeared and I managed to finish it, but when I received the new quest “What needs be done (5)” the same thing happened and I do not know what to do.
