Quest bug: Owl burial ground test, where are my rewards?

Bug Description : Owl burial ground test
I have finished the quest 2 days ago, but i don’t have pink color hair as reward (and i don’t even know if NPC gave me +20 sp or not)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Create 2nd charracter, farm to pass lv 100, accept quest
  2. Fail to kill 15 monsters because there is not enough 15 monsters around
  3. Change channel and accept quest again
  4. Fail to kill 15 monsters again because there is not enough15 monsters around
  5. Change channel and accept quest again
  6. Lucky enough to finish killing enough 15 monsters in time
  7. Talk to NPC to finish quest, wait 2 days later to change hair color and realize there is no hair dye reward for you!

Yeah my GF and I did this tonight and the reward was under your character and achievements. Pink hair FTW.

It is just im feeling angry because none of the botters i reported has name on ban list
