Quest bug (Missing files?) can't continue story

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Gateway of the Great King

Bug Description :
Simple as that, i get this message ($NoData$QUEST…) from this guy (who should give me the next story quest) and i cant keep on going. Searching on google i found that the problem may be level (Not my case it seems because a guy 1 level lower than me did it) or the game files (re-installed already, no result) I really, really want some help here because this character is most likely unplayable since i just want to proceed on the quest.

Hmm yeah it shouldn’t be your level… As I did the quest at level 60… Did you try talking to the other guy first? Isnt the new researcher guy just for the side quest?

A guy whom i asked for help told me it was that one the quest giver. Also, i did all side quests on the map already and talked with every npc i saw.

So you’re done with activist jonas quest line? Hmm if that’s the case… Im sorry… This might be a bug then…

I freed the goddess, did this and that, entered the portal, got onto this map, did every side quest i found and no main at all.
