The magic paper suppose to be here but it’s not.
I completed the quest once before when it’s bug so i cancled the quest. After that I can’t find magical paper again even I was trying to cancle and redo it.
Same here. Still waiting for solution. 
They still haven’t fixed it…

is this quest still bugged or the paper is somewhere else? all I get is the management book…
