Boss is immobile and as an archer i could stay at max range and he did nothing, that would bug if i dropped him bellow 50% HP making him unable to persuade to complete the quest.

when i first did this quest accidentally got him to 0% because i didn’t read the quest the first time around, you need to do it as soon as his health hits under 50% he’ll become dizzy and you just interact with him and the fight ends. Use your klaipeda stone to escape and retry again
Just found this topic, sadly this quest is still bugged.
Tried it 7 times now, and every single time he becomes dizzy, but i cant interact with him (yes im Archer)

This quest is not bugged.
When the boss is near 50% try to give only auto-attacks then you can talk to him. I did this and worked for me. (im archer either)
it actually IS bugged with mouse-control.
you need the spacebar activation to talk to him, and mouse doesnt have that option (unless you add it manually to your keybind file)
there are a lot of those issues after that point, so its not the only one
Seems bugged for me as well. No matter how low he gets, I can’t talk to him…I never saw him get dizzy either.
If it helps, I’m also an Archer.
EDIT: I found that if I stayed in melee range until he started attacking me, the quest didn’t bug.
Guys use Keyboard controls to talk to him. Mouse controls doesnt work because it attacks it.

i tried fighting it with keyboard mode. still doesnt work. any way to fix this?
I had the same problem. Then used keyboard once it stopped attacking me and pressed space while standing next to the mob. It worked.
