[Quest Broken] Tremendous Effects - Grand Corridor

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Joypad (Xbox 360)

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Grand Corridor

Bug Description : Quest item not working as it should when you press the triggering buttons (Left Trigger + Start) and lock the character for a few seconds in place.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Pick up the quest Tremendous Effects.
  2. Get close to the monster and press the assigned key/buttons.
  3. Item start to activate.
  4. Nothing happens and character get stuck for a few seconds.

Same problem here. I just got stuck for a few seconds (similar to the party quest boss cutscene stuck) after pressing the button for using the item, and, like everyone else, nothing happened…

Same here. This has worked for me before. I no longer expect imc to do something about this. Other gamebreaking bugs have been around for over a month. Just reporting this here to let others know theyre not the only one experiencing. Not that imc gives a damn about it. Sigh.

Same here: using mouse control, keeping pressed V (item activaction key) cause to appear a targeting circle at the mouse location, but once released nothing happens and the character becomes stuck for a few seconds in place.

I was gonna report it but, since you got that covered i’ll just add the video:

One thing i will add, i dont know if it did this before, if you hold V to cast the Reagent you get the targeting reticle, when you cast it though, you still get rooted in place for a few seconds

I really don’t remember if that quest item had that function, but what called my attention is that the casting bar is calling out a basic attack instead of the “using” or “throwing reagent”, can be a typo but the behavior is like that.
