I’ve been questioning myself if TOS will be based entirely on quests, or if we will be able level up just by grinding on kills, im so excited for this game.

This has been discussed alot. It is mostly grinding but there are quests around with decent rewards but the game doesn’t hold your hand and walk you to them. You have to find them.

most of the xp in-game come from grinding kills 
There are quests, but those are not even mark on the map. You have to find them yourself by speaking with npcs

You can do both quest + grind.

Quest train that leads you with pointless quest one after another is the most boring ■■■■ mmo’s have ever invented.
I was just playing devilian and while clicking autorun and spamming quests while every once in a while picking 5 boxes or something and i was bored out of my mind.
