I cant take the quest, when i go to the NPC i just recieve a message on the head of the NPC, and i cant recieve the quest.

Cant take the quest, the NPC speak on a bubble chat “I’m glad no one else is going to get hur now. Thank you.”
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Go to ASTRAL 4f
- Talk with the npc
