Bug Description : Running Shot Skill lasts 23 sec and the CD is 35, its suppose to end up at 12 secs CD left after the skill, but instead it ends up at 14-16. and with Grand Cross RS last for 27 secs so the CD after the skill should only be 8 secs, but instead ends up at 10-12 secs.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
