We all know that you want to make lots and lots of money and that you want this game to succeed.
To achieve both of those goals you need to make some immediate and very simple changes to this game that will make it significantly more enjoyable for players in the Western market.

Make it extremely hard for Gold Sellers to operate in this game without angering your players.
a. Restrict the shout (Megaphone) to players that are Level 40 and above.
b. Add a 30 second delay between shouts that a player can make.
c. Allow players to right click on a player name in chat or on the bots character and report them.
d. Recruit Community Moderators who’s job is to review these reports and give them the power to temporarily ban the offending accounts. Accounts banned this way may be reviewed by an official employee of TOS if the account owner requests the review.
e. Community Moderators would be volunteers and they would receive a 30 day Token and $50 worth Silver each month in exchange for spending at least 5 hours a week helping to keep their server free of bots and gold sellers. -
Quality of Life enhancements.
a. Allow players without a Token to make 1 trade per week and only allow them to trade items at their level or below.
b. Allow players without a Token to access the first row of the Team bank. Any items stored in the Team bank would lose 1 Potential.
c. Allow players with a Token to have full access to the Team Bank and remove the Potential loss requirement. (Thus if a player stores a sword with 5 potential in his Team bank it would still have 5 Potential when his other character takes the item from the Team Storage)
d. Remove all current restrictions from the AH and instead make it so that players must obtain different levels of Auction House licenses by completing the main story line quests. -
Cash shop changes.
a. Increase the cost of TP from $9 per 100 to $10 per 100
b. Slightly lower the cost of most cash shop items to balance the increase in the cost of TP
c. Lower the cost of the Token to 150 TP (this will put it in line with the cost for most other MMO games)
d. fix the price on female hair styles (They are currently way over priced)
e. add more cosmetic costumes and accessories to the cash shop.
