QS Running Shot not increasing Attack Speed

Bug Description :
Quarrel Shooter C3 Skill “Running Shot” does not seem to increase the attack speed arrows fire. Character’s animation is clearly faster knocking the arrow on the bow but the arrows shoot as fast as without the buff.

In the video you can see the archer knocking the arrow to the bow almost two times per arrow flying out of the character (during the buff). This indicates the attack speed buff is not working at all.

The issue remains even while moving around.

Seems you don’t like reading forums. Attack speed is heavily affected by ping and packet losses.

Taking a look at your video, it seems you got a horrible ping. I’m using a gaming VPN and running shot is working perfectly for me.
