[Q] Zega Spear Skill level buff

Hi,

As topic stated, will the spear buff actually bust out the skill level cap?

example : Finestra level 15 from Hoplite C3, will it be upgraded to Finestra level 17? or will it stay on level 15?

Yes it will go over the cap.
