Q>About skills for Priest C3 > Monk

Guys i would like to ask for ur opinions. i am currently at Cleric 2 - Priest 2 and i’m going for Priest 3 and then Monk.

My question is, should i max this buffs?

Blessing Max or lvl 3?
Sacrament Max or lvl1?
Revive Max or lvl 5?
Asperio 10 or lvl 1?
Resu lvl 5 or lvl 1?
And What lvl should be my Mass Heal?

Again guys thank you for ur reply.

first, dont go priest 3, get monk 3
and u can max aspersion, revive, blessing lvl 3, monstrance 1 and rest to sacrament

if u go priest 3 is better go chaplain>PD route

im currently Cleric -> Priest 1 -> Priest 2

and planning to go Priest 3 then Monk

I’m sure he can get priest3 and monk3 both. monk is rank 5 and a lot of people are doing priest3 monk3 because scaling mass heal and a handy high level revive helps

@21cbarrios09

something like this helps as a base skill tree

level 5 sacrament is enough, I had it maxed for the duration. Less re-buffing means more /slightly/ more damaging! No aspersion because at lv 1 it’s a waste of buffslots

lvl 3 blessing is enough too?

yes, if you look at it’s not much difference in terms of damage and you won’t use up all the hit limit due to the attribute, but you can throw in some more points at it if you got nothing else to put. more points on res helps too on nubs that keep on dying so that they’ll have at least some hp to survive mobs. but if they keep dying anyways it’s pointless so I had it at 1.

why not put points to aspersio? it adds def right?

yeah percentage, if you look at it it’s not too much, if you want it go ahead and take maybe a point, or max it so that you can actually feel the defense. but in the end mobs later in the game will either hit too much making your def useless or hit with magic attacks.

btw could u tell me something about skill attributes? does it has limit? i mean limit in taking attributes for priest or monk?

the limit is your money, but jokes aside.

% damage attributes are usually Lv 100 at max
for other attributes you can always check

Click the attribute name and check the max level, there are no limits on the number of attributes you can take.

thank u mate. blunt is for monks right?

it helps while you’re still a priest but not much when you’re already a monk

what weapon suits monk?

suncus maul will bring you far away. You can start looking for alternatives when you get tired of it, all maybe throw some money to upgrade it

You don’t want to do that, you’re going to have horribly gimped damage at end game if you’re only able to pick up C2 Monk Instead of C3 Monk.

It’s nice having the extra utility. But not when you haven’t got the DPS to actually decently play Monk. C2 Cleric C2 Priest is a totally viable Monk Build.

Just pick up Monk straight away instead.

totally forgot he mentioned he’s already cleric2 priest2, scratch that, go ahead for monk on your next advancement @21cbarrios09

how about this guys? cleric -> priest 1 -> Priest 2 -> Priest 3 -> Monk?

should i max this buffs?

Blessing Max or lvl 3?
Sacrament Max or lvl1?
Revive Max or lvl 5?
Asperio 10 or lvl 1?
Resu lvl 5 or lvl 1?
And What lvl should be my Mass Heal?

yeah that’s fine. these are the two builds I see most of the time and perform well with supporting and doing some damage.

cleric>priest>priest>cleric>monk rest
cleric>priest>priest>priest>monk rest

Ah that’s where I got confused. I was thinking that OP’s stuck as Cleric2 already. But seems he’s on Cleric/Priest2?

Don’t max Aspersion, leave it at 1.
Mass Heal, Revive, Blessing, Sacrament, Resurrection depends on your role, what you actually want to do.
Personally I’m lv169 and I have 13 skill points left in Priest because idk what the heck I want.

Priest3 is more for support stuff and more solo oriented and Priest2/Cleric2 is more for healing and safety zone and more party oriented. Cleric2/Priest2 is a fine combination and I’ve seen two so far.

Most Monks I’ve seen in game so far been taking Priest2 and whatever for their third one (Cleric, Paladin, Priest, Krivis)
Diev monks where are you :sweat:
