I would take off Enchant Fire and Max flame ground and fireball.
Rain does not damage.
Prominence is hard to hit target

Rain isn’t worth it unless you’re planning to take Electrocute.
I’ve never seen Freezing Sphere in action so I can’t comment on that.
As for Meteor, it depends on your build. If you’re going for high INT build then lower level is enough (Meteor does 400% matk at all levels, which means if you have a ton of matk the 2k damage difference betwen level 1 and level 10 wont be significant). Keep in mind that level 10 Meteor takes 10 seconds to cast, which is a really long time and will most likely get interrupted unless you take Surespell
Is it advisable to take Wiz 3 just for Sure Spell and Quick cast?
Since most of the Elementalist skills have long cast time. I’m Aiming to be a AoE Elementalist so I’m not sure if I should take Wiz 3 or just go with Pyro or Cyro.
