Which one would be better for c3? Planning to go dungeon immediately once I hit 50.
Linker1 will speed up your dungeon run a lot. Take linker1 first.

If you are beginner, take linker.
If you are old player with some good matk/eatk headgears and five hammer with 5 5* Red Gems, take pyro2.

linker = faster mob clear, dungeon clear
pyro = good bossing, decent mob clear
depend on your plan
if i’m going for pyro3, i’ll get pyro3 first
pyro use more skill points than linker
low level mob dying to auto + enchant fire + sacra + buff + stack properties headgear anyway
after rebalance pyro i think dont be best choice

As for accessories, the Agny Necklace, an item with rather peculiar options, will now increase the factor of fire property skill attacks by 50%. Say, if Fireball has an attack factor of 230%, with an Agny Necklace equipped it will expand to 280%.
