PVP Mechanics Question

Hi there!
I’m new to the game, 1 month of playing with 4-5hrs of playing only in week ends.

Some few questions about PVP mechanics:
1. Is there a in-game stats balancing in TBL?
2. Are the equipments being balanced in PvP? from the other game I played, stats and level get to maxed out and all player have same stats on equips
3. On what level can a Player play PvP?
5. Are there classes/builds that can be considered OP/Trash in PvP?

not really, PvP is about as unbalanced as it can be. Everyone gets their stats adjusted to lv200 though.

PVP is getting a revamp in the near future, till then it will be disabled.

If you join a non-neutral guild, you can declare war against other non-neutrals, but good luck finding one. Most guilds are neutral because they can’t handle the heat.
