I want to reset my cleric to a pvp Inquisitor build.
I came up with the following build: Cleric 1 > Priest 2 > Paladin 3 > Kaballist > Inquisitor 2
Cleric 1 because Heal is nerfed in pvp.
Priest 2 gets revive, ressurrect, area healing and buffs.
Paladin 3 for damage and Inquisitor synergy.
Kaballist for R7X.
Inquisitor for damage and CC.
For stats I was thinking 50 CON, 120 DEX and rest STR.
Is this a good build?
Note that Resurrect, Revive and R7 are also “balanced” in TBL.
Your stats are the issue. If you do TBL, you’ll want to invest in your gear. Which means most of your damages will come from your weapon so you don’t really need to put that much STR. You’ll also need the CON for more survivability and the synergy with Ein Sof (it doubles your total HP). Usually for PvP, most people go heavily on CON for the block + HP.
Your damages depend mostly on your weapon to start with, your STR won’t bring that much to it. Especially if you work seriously on your gear. Which is basically mandatory for serious-ish PvP.
I think priest2 has more to offer pvp wise than cleric2, am I right?
How about 100 str, 120 dex and rest con?

For that build I’d go at least 1CON:1DEX or high CON, some DEX. Invest in gear for damage. Don’t worry about accuracy as you can use magic against Archers. The only thing you need to worry about is block pen against shield-wielding Swordsmen and high-CON Wizards hence the DEX.
