PvP Full Con Inquisitor

Hello,

Right now I have a 330ish lvl Cleric and I want to use my Rank Reset on it. I have been wanting a pvp Inqui for a long time now and I would like some help with building it.

So far I thought I would go Cleric 3 --> Paladin 3 --> Kaballist 1 --> Inquisitor 2.

However i’m not too sure if this could work in pvp. I figured the Kaballist could help make me even more tanky with Ein Sof and the Paladin ranks give me access to some extra DPS for my rotation.

If anyone could offer me some advice it would be highly appreciated.

Builds with Inquisitor for PvP(TBL) I recommend the following:
C2>Priest2>Monk3>Inquisitor2 or Inquisitor>Zealot
C2>Priest2>Pardoner>Oracle>PD2>Inquisitor
C1>Krivis3>Priest2>PD2>Inquisitor
C2>Priest2>Monk2>PD2>Inquisitor
C2>Priest2>Monk3>PD>Inquisitor

I don’t see Paladin as a good class for TBL, but if you are aiming for the GvG content then may have some uses.
I suggest something like:
C2>Priest2>Paladin3>Inquisitor2
To be honest I don’t see much improvement from Inq1 to Inq2 so may be a good idea to give up one rank of Inquisitor for Plague Doctor, CC immunity is a wonder in pvp scenario.

Monk c3? Really … you would choose monk c3 over ZEALOT C1 for TBL…wow

Pls man don’t go Monk C3 your making a huge mistake and misguiding people…

Just go either Inquisitor C2 or Zealot C1.Monk is good at C2 and worst at C3 compare to other options.If you go Monk C3 you’ll lower your DPS by a lot.

Inquisitor C2 is only useful in TBL and poorly in GVG unless you want to go tunnel vision mode.

Also why would go PD C2 …C1 enough for CC immunity.
DO YOU EVEN MAIN CLERIC?Because it seems your giving out bad builds for PVP or TBL content.

I personally don’t see the appeal of Monk, I assume it’s for the debuffs? Do you get a chance to actually apply them in TBL?

I did get to the point where I want to take out Kaballist for C1 PD, I think the CC immunity gives much more value in a pvp setting at this point.

I never was pvp with my new Monk c3 but maybe Golden Bell shield`?

I play TBL almost everyday and I am top1~5 everyweek, is that enough?
I also own many Cleric characters so I know things I am saying

I was giving options, MonkC3 isn’t bad. You can max the damage skills and also get a 5s damage immunity skill every 20~25s.

You don’t have full immunity at C1 Bloodletting will only last 17~20s, adding more points to BeakMask will help you, and C2 will provide you 1 extra skill (BDS) to proc FrostLord card, that can be spread by Pandemic and a skill for buff remotion and gear nullification.

To be honest I don’t like Monk very much(mainly because of the blocking/dodge problem with physical classes), but people who like can do decent in PvP, I have a friend that used to play with the C2>P2>Monk3>Inq2 build and he was such a good player, sadly he is not playing anymore.
The debuff that drain our SP entirely is a pain in the ass and can be spread by the Inquisitor’s Wheel, also Energy Blast knockdown can be handy in many situations, also like shenhuehue mentioned, golden bell shield can save your ass many times. Ofc there is other usefull skills/attributes for PvP but I don’t have a Monk myself so I cannot tell you about other combos.
My advice is to before you make your PvP character, find classes that you like the concept/functionality then watch PvP matchs with people using that classes to see if this is what you are really looking for, then ask directly that person for information.

C1>P2>Krivis3>PD2>Inqui1

Good support for teammates to avoid CC, has revive, has resu, has mass heal.
Malleus Maleficarum + Zaibas is a killer skill especially against mages and clerics.

PD C1 is enough for 1 round of TBL and C2 is overkill espacilly with disenchant on the field.I don’t care if your the top 6 because most the hardcore Pvpers vets all quit the game and not a lot people are even in Q.The real competition was back then.Did you achieve the international Top Cleric Title from TBL?

Monk C3 is horrible compare to other options I listed earlier. If anyone is going Monk for PVP they should stop at C2 because C3 doesn’t offer a lot more dps.Look at the pros and cons that you get with Monk C3 Vs Zealot C1.

Honestly, you or anyone wants to go Monk C3 or PD C2 be my guest :smile:.

Although I play monk,they aren’t that wow in PVP either ppl have Dispellers in GvG or ppl have a CC immunity class on the opposite team.On top of that people are dodging and block like there is no tomorrow which makes Monks somewhat useless .Regardless,monk would be slightly better with the game being fully optimize without the D sync and lag.

I am a PvP player so I am playing PvP content since the beggining, I don’t know what server you are playing so I can’t really know about pvp players there, I don’t have the title because I didn’t played in the week of that event, I was busy working and honestly don’t know why this title matter, the game changed A LOT since then.
I said myself that I don’t like monks in the coment above, but I was listing options and MonkC3 was one, instead of attacking me in the first comment you could say why you disagree with my opinion and give yours I didn’t get why you are so salty.
I am doing the C1>Krivis3>Priest2>PD2>Inquisitor build myself, but leveling slowly and honestly I don’t think it’s a bad build, I have a guildmate with the C2>Priest2>Pardoner>Oracle>PD2>Inquisitor build the build works very nice with PD2.

Wasn’t it clear on my replies that I disagree with you on the Monk C3 and PDC2 build and why would I get salty over something that’s wrong Lol?For the record I’m not mad at you but I do care for others falling for a none optimal PvP build with Monk C3 or PD C2 in it.It hurts me if people follow your advise so I want others to see why your wrong.

I play on Klai server,your still working I assume right yet you can still get on the top 6…so what happen on that “week” of the event?

I don’t see how any main Cleric can suggest a Monk C3 or PD C2 (not PD C3) for PVP…those 2 aren’t optimizing your DPS nor your survivability compare to the other options like Zealot C1,Kabbalist C1 or Inquisitor C2

It’s wrong in your opinion(that doesn’t mean that your opinion apply as right), try to respect other people opinions and be less agressive when stating your own opinion…

Actually, unfortunately I am not working. By “busy” I meant not able to even login in the game for more than 10mins, my boss was traveling so I was doing my and his job that month(no wonder why I quit that job)

See, again, thats you opinion and I disagree. I never said that I was main Cleric, I said that I have many Cleric characters.

I agree, we’re kinda offtopic now. I hope that at least we helped OP with his build choices.

I ended up with a C3 > Pal3 > PD1 > Inq 2. Full Con.

Granted, it’s not the most ideal build out there, I get this but it’s what spoke to me personally. I tried a couple rounds of TBL last night and won most of them. (I’m only lvl 338, so my gear is far from good, which means i got carried) The main take away from those rounds of TBL where that a Full Con Inq is pretty much unkillable. Even with lacking gears. My PD skills kept me from being locked down which in turn allowed me to roam free, healing, damaging and distracting the enemy team.

I can’t wait to get my next bump in gears (lvl 350) I already have a mace standby for it so it will bump my usefulness in TBL by a lot.

I would like some more advice on what Cards to use in TBL?

Also what Bracelets / Necklaces? I dont have the time to farm for Solmiki so it’s not going to be ideal, but i would like to know the best options. I use a Terallion as necklace currently and some random bracelets.

Is Full Con realy the way to go?
Whats with dex for block pen?
And 1h mace or 2h mace?

Is Judgement still buggy?

For PvP, yes, so far i am having a blast as Full Con. I personally have no problems with Block so far. But I do have Gloves that carry 60 Block Pen + 50 Block pen from a Gem. This works fine for me.

I personally use a 2h Mace, 5x Red Gem and Tranced. My trans is still rather low (trans4) but it’s starting to do some work. I think you need at least trans 8 to start bashing faces in pvp.

I roll with C1 - P3 - Chap - Oracle1 - PD1 - Inq2 for pvp. Have been rank1 on Klaipeda and generally place in the top10 weekly.

Yes full CON is pretty much the meta now, and it really helps to have revive and resurrection so I would highly recommend at least P2 in any cleric PVP build.

Paladin offers very little for pvp beyond circle1 for smite. Smite is a nice quick knock up similar to Earthquake, but you need high block pen.

The current frosterlord meta pretty much requires PD1 in your build to consistently rank high, since enemy parties that have it will be at a huge advantage out of the gate. If they realize your team doesnt have Bloodletting, then they will rush you down and win most of the time.

EDIT: As a support, having stage6 in your armor pieces, at least stage4 will boost your survivability dramatically, and your goal is to stay alive moreso than to do damage as a cleric. Inq builds want to focus their efforts on slapping malleus on as many targets as possible and keeping it on them to neuter their offense or to destroy them if they don’t weapon swap.

Hey guys, what about a PvE build with Inquisitor2? I dont know if I choose Paladin3 or Monk3. Is Kabba1 the best filler rank at rank 7 for the Paladin build? Or Monk1 is better?
