Looking to play high dmg, ok aoe, good for gvg, and party raids/leveling

so many builds ive looked at, that i just want to start and try anything… then make an alt of my liking later on…

Any recommendations?

well most of the common crowd that uses wiz goes with wiz3-ele3-warlock.

You’ll have to ask someone else with that sorry, I don’t want to give you half baked guides since I haven’t tried them myself, and as for full con, I wouldn’t really reco it, its more of a hit and miss type of thing if you go pure stat.
