PVP Build for Wizards

Hi Guys.

I have a PvE Cleric character but since I expect to TOS staff come up
with Guild War and more PVP intended instances, I’d like to make a
fully prepared PVP character, with either wizard or cleric so, in your opinion,
what would be the very best wizard build for pvp/gvg ?
I know its off-topic but if you have any cleric pvp (that doesn’t envolve monk plz e.e) suggestions aswell, I’d appreciate.

Please, if you can come up with guides or korean builds links that i can follow
it would be great!

I’d like to know about some good, Wizard PVP builds too. Is Wiz3>Ele3 viable in end game PVP? And what stat build is most viable?

Elementalist seems like a very very bad idea for PvP as I consider it a full PvE class, so unless it synergies with other classes, just stay away from it.

For PvP you’d want to either go with CC/DPS classes, or support ones, I recommend you make a build with these :

  • Cryomancer
  • Psychokino
  • Linker
  • Thaumaturge
  • Rune Caster
  • Warlock
  • Featherfoot

I still could be wrong but that’s how I view Wizards on PvP.

I see. What stat build would you advise for a PVP Wizard? And is Wiz3>Psy3 good in PVP?

A lot of people are trying out wiz3>psy3 but the standard pvp one from what I’ve read is Cry 3 + Kino 3.

People are trying wiz 3 > psy 3 for the quick cast/sure spell + PP combo

Cry 3 + kino 3 just gives you a ton of cc and burst in pvp(from what I saw)

Both these build tend to go for warlock for their 7th class to finish it off.

Honestly I think elementalist can be great in gvg and situational for pvp.

I see. Can I ask what stat ratio would you recommend for a PVP build?

I think I already answered you but I’m personally going for 2:1 Int:con ratio but it’s recomonded to go 1:1 int:con or even 1:2 Int:con ratio for pvp.

i think ele works pretty well in pvp, just proper positioning and cd management
