PVP bleed meta build?

For this specific purpose i’m thinking of the following build:

Sw3 > highlander 3 > corsair 1 > Murmillo

Apart from the standard restrain + hook PVP tools, the bleed will come mainly from crosscut and keelhauling attribute. Bleed + restrain is also very good as the chance to stun applies every bleed tick.

Thoughts?

Sw3 means you also have a bleed on thrust. Don’t know how good it is because the tooltip says it scales off str.
