My rushed ff does 100k~ with 380 con, event staff, and 80% hp attribute.
Why you not add in your calculations 10 other characters supporting you against 1 CCed enemy? Yes, your setup will kill anyone, unless: Safery Zone, R7fold, Ausrine, Makangdal, Revive, some other skills, maybe even just normal run away or teleport from you, or some CC against you. This is a PvP scenario, not using skills against dummies. With such setup and support many other class can one shot others. BTW, if you wonder about the damage, then mind the 70% damage reduction in PvP. Your BC damage is almost not influenced by matk, it is (matk*mdef reduction(like 80%)+ spent hp).

Yes. Canoneer3 can already one shot almost anyone in high AoE, this class is very OP now, just need to be carefull against Kabba’s r7fold. The new FF3 is still good, your Kundela deals like 3x damage(2x hits new attribute, 25% more skillmod and 30% more damage new fluying attribute), compared to the current ff2, also you are immune to melee attacks 50 of 65 seconds.
50/65 seconds immune to melee attacks, however … as you yourself said … if you take a single attack from a cannoner 3 …
