PVE Currently SW/Pel/Hop2 now choosing between Hop3/Dop or Cor1/Cor2

Right now I am Swordsman / Peltesta / Hoplite1 / Hoplite 2 and about to reach 5th rank.
Focus on PVE.
Having hard time choosing between

1. Hop3 / Dop1
2. Corsair1 / Corsair2

So the questions is

1. Does spamming Throw Spear at your feet is reliable source of damage in later level? (125-199)
   such as spam it when Cyclone, Stabbing are cooling down.

2. Does Double weapon assault proc elemental damage (such as arde dagger) on both attack?
   Will I get 1st hand damage+153 and 2nd hand damage+153?

3. Does Double weapon assault is additional line of damage just like Cafrisun set, Sacrament?

4. Does Jolly Roger really give you more loot from normal monster? (I already sure about silver)
