how effective is evasion in pve
Ineffective against magic attacks and ranged enemies have tons of accuracy. For everything else it is nice thing to have.
Wonky on bosses(sia woods mission), sometimes they will always hit you (probably if youre lower leveled than the boss). Helps a lot if youre soloing quest and cost effective because you rarely use pots.
